I was selling two properties in Manchester and Liz found me a cash buyer who agreed to pay over the asking prices. Due to the incompetence of my solicitors the sales were not closed by the time the shock of Brexit hit and the buyer was pulling out, Liz persuaded him to come back to the table and the deal was done, only for him to delay the closing. I wanted to ditch him but Liz persuaded me to stay in the deal and a week later the sales closed
Many thanks Liz for your advice and wisdom, I have not forgotten I owe you a very nice lunch

The agents fees seemed quite high considering it did not cover any of the checks involved, nor did it include a rather strange key handover fee. A few which still baffles me considering it was done in their office and took all of 5 minutes.
