There are no words to describe the quality of the service Becky and her team offer. From start to finish just incredible. Thank-you!
The experience of selling can be quite daunting. Becky takes care of you all the way, not just from the perspective of making things happen, but from an emotional perspective too.
We'd had a bad experience with another agent in the area who didn't seem to care about actually selling the property (Apparent). I found Becky on this site, and, based on the great reviews asked for her help. She accepted readily, even though Barnes isn't really close to where she normally operates. We used Munday's in conjunction with another agent (Parkway, a local agent), and were glad we did - although nice people, Parkway, like Apparent, barely managed to have any viewings whilst always claiming to have some 'almost booked', whereas Becky had constant viewings and offers on the table within a fortnight.
Due to extraordinary circumstances (buyer's mortgage lender messing around for a solid two months around the EU referendum), the sale was not an easy one - Becky was there all the way making sure that things stayed calm and on track. She's a total professional, but also a genuinely warm and lovely person, so in the instance where we everything was getting a bit fraught she managed to cool everyone's nerves and make sure the sale went through.
I didn't have much contact with Gail who works for her, but feel I should also thank her for her hard work behind the scenes, on viewings and also in the run up to exchange!
In summary, I cannot recommend Munday's highly enough. Hoping to stay friends now that the business is concluded!

Becky's fees are extremely reasonable. We paid her slightly more than she asked for because her service is worth it.
