I asked in June to get an appointment to view a house but was told the house was temporarily taken off the market and would be back on in August 2016 and Hoppers would telephone me with a day to view house.
However today the house has suddenly gone up for offer and when I phone Hoppers the manager said that a previous viewer from months ago decided to put an offer in. Surely if noone is allowed to view the house then an offer shouldnt be allowed either.
Disgraceful service to the client and also to future customers.
