Awful letting agency.
When we moved in it wasn't the cleanest but we overlooked it as we were so excited to move in. Over the months that passed we had a few lighting problems and rang the maintenance team twice, both times people came out and nothing seemed to change. We then also had maintenance people turning up without warning and also viewings without any notice. Fast forward to moving out and trying to get our bond deposit back which is proving to be impossible. We were promised 21 days after moving out we would receive the details about our deposit which was correct, however it's now been nearly 3 weeks since then and absolutely nothing. Every time we ring they're stringing us along with 'another 7 days' or things they need which is a lie because the letter stated what they needed and nothing more. Still waiting and absolutely furious to receive the response 'I'm not in charge' from anyone at the branch. Absolute JOKE.

We would like to clarify some of the points you raise above, firstly we have an online reporting maintenance system, so that every maintenance report is logged and accessible by us and you, as the tenant. This works in conjunction with our out of hours emergency line.
In regards to the deposit, we are unable to discuss the in detail with you online, however your AST along with your prescribed information issued when you moved in contains all the information required regarding the bond process. There are procedures that Keylet must follow along with our third part bond deposit scheme. We hope the above clarifies matters and we look forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards, Keylet.

No fees information available
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
