Been with them for over 4 years, very happy.

Every problem has been dealt so far with professionalism and courtesy.

I would really suggest them as they are one of the few honest agents I came across so far in London.

There was a court order against you to leave 2 months before lockdown for non payment of rent, but you have taken advantage and are still living rent free! indeed, you owe my client £9,000.00 in unpaid rent! and you have the gall to leave a bad review! even so, the problems you allude to were dealt with swiftly and professionally by my colleague Sue. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Reply quicker, friendlier, more customer focused and less attention on making money at every turn. Dont be greedy.

Fees were not justified and were not explained when asked for details. Not transparency at all. When you ask what I actually get for the fee paid, they simply reply, its in the contract and you have to pay.

We resigned from your block. The circumstances you find yourselves in are unfortunately of your own making. Perhaps a little more communication between your fellow leaseholders would go a long way. Responding as one to us again would have alleviated your issues much faster. The roof issue you mentioned was highlighted 3 years ago and still between the leaseholders you were unable to confirm instructions. ...
