I recently used Haart to sell my current property and purchase another property... Unfortunately I initially decided to go multi-agent and used a second well known unnamable estate agent, Haart were in a different league all together and outshone the second agent a million to one... Every staff member I spoke to at Haart were exceptionally helpful and supportive and managed to find me a buyer and a property quickly... I would like to give huge thanks especially to Michael G who offered help regardless of day or time right through from initial meeting to Completion... I would strongly recommend anyone considering buying or selling in the area to give Haart @ Harold Wood a call, would defiantly use them again!
Comment on agent fees
Before we used Haart we assumed their service would be costly in comparison to smaller local agencies, I would defiantly say you get what you pay for and I would have been happy to pay more for the service I received, regardless of price defiantly value for money!
