As a prospective tenant, I asked to see a property and be considered. All fine, still available. My inquiry was passed to another person located in St.Ives. Didn't call me back, didn't follow up. I sent emails, I waited 4 days with no reply, I wondered f they were having trouble with getting access. Discovered they had given it to someone else who came to see it on the 3rd day of my waiting for an appointment. OK that's bad enough, but it was the brusque dismissive way the saleswoman brushed me aside with a tone as if it were my fault. I smell greed and caustic carelessness here. Avoid.
