I first spoke to Michael about 3 months ago when I was looking to purchase 2 properties in the Harold Wood area. I explained over the phone what I was looking for and my maximum budget. Within 2 weeks Michael had found me a property that was right up my street (pardon the pun). We met at the property and Michael talked me through the whole house buying process ie what I should do to get the ball rolling. A week later Michael recommended another property to me and again we met and discussed further. Michael was very professional and knew the area very well. He talked about rent yields and what I could expect to get which is exactly what I received once I actually let the 2 properties out. Michael was very professional and was always available either on the phone or via email.
Overall I strongly recommend Michael to anyone looking to purchase a property.

Before we used Haart we assumed their service would be costly in comparison to smaller local agencies, I would defiantly say you get what you pay for and I would have been happy to pay more for the service I received, regardless of price defiantly value for money!
