I have been a property owner in the shepherds bush area for the last 20 years and have over the last 5-6 years used JorgensenTurner as my lettings agents. They have always managed to match me with excellent tenants and i have always had an excellent working relationship with them. Believe me if you are letting a property from abroad you need a reliable honest and flexible agent that doesnt give you problems, just offers solutions at every turn. Recently i have sold my property in Shepherds Bush and Richard Turner dealt with the sale. They have acted with great honesty, sincerity, and immense patience with what can be a stressful and uncertain process. They have certainly made the process very straightforward and when any issues arose they were straight on to solving them. The best thing about JorgensenTurner is that you can get them on the phone when you need them and they get back to you straight away if they are with someone else.. No job or problem to solve is too small for them and they will always find a solution, and the issues can be many when you are letting or selling from abroad. I have dealt with both Richard Turner and Paul Jorgensen and both are immensely positive and pro-active, and they operate their business in a manner which is more and more difficult to find these days, that is, you are the customer, you matter to them, and they certainly make you feel that ! The old model of business !! Look after the customer and they will keep coming back ! Many thanks guys for all the help over the years, its just a pity you dont have an office near where i live.
