Poor service from start to pulling out in 14 day cooling off period. Avoid unless you want to chase them constantly to get your house sold and be fobed off with lie after lie. After a wk n 3 days still no for sale sign up, no feed back on how open house went. Absolutely discuss with there service and how they deal with things. Day 4 ask to go retake a pic to be told Adam is on holiday and no other agent can do it... Hmmmmm poor show that he's the only one who can use a camera in the office. More like nobody else could be bothered. Could market own house better than that bunch of monkeys wanting to get paid but not wanting to do the leg work. Never will we use them again. Cheaper rates but it shows you get what you pay for.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They are cheaper than most out there however you get what you pay for. In my opinion you get absolutely nothing and don't know how they have the cheek to charge at all with such poor service.

I have not used this agent myself as luckily I found out this information before using them. They charge a set fee, so are not interested in getting the best price for your property.
