Completly ignorant and rude !!! Harrassing me , making falls accusations !!!! Now they are trying to make me end up homeless ! Please do be warn !!!! Never ever in my life came across such an unproffessional group of people . Dont be fooled by low admin fees like I was . Do your researching first and even if you have to pay a houndred extra elswhere I advise you so , unless you can face harrassment and tresspassing !!!!!

As in the main review, the fees were good. I thought the initial fees were reasonable and less than many others we looked at and that the renewal fees were extremely good value. The terms of the contract offered were also very good and the agent was very willing to ask the Landlord about flexible terms.

This comment is rather astonishing as all repairs issues have been dealt with as swiftly as possible following the leak which was in fact an external problem with the block itself requiring an insurance claim. "Martin" who for some reason choses to use a false name lives at Bridge Street,Birmingham. What is more of a surprise is that if “Martin†was so unhappy with this flat, why then has he just extended his tenancy for a further term?†...
