Having lived and moved several times in London, I have had my fair share of dealings with lettings agents, but have to say without a doubt Lizzie is by far the best one I have delt with. Lizzie is super professional and organised. A series of viewings were set up quickly and Lizzie ensured that diaries aligned, to make best use of her and my time. Having seen other agents in the morning, who were rookies compared to Lizzie and MR, Lizzie knew what I wanted and took me to several nice properties, of which I chose the final one.... The one she had initially said she "knew" I would like. Being very knowlagable about the property specifications and a maybe a little confident.
Following offer acceptance, Lizzie instructed me exactly what to do in terms of documentation and we both effectively organised the offer, tenancy agreement, monies and other items in two days, demonstrating the capability of Lizzie and the wider MR team who worked on my arrangements. I moved in 5 days after I had seen it.
I commend that the whole process, as it was exactly what I expected and was executed seamlessly.
Lizzie is an excellent property professional and, for someone who is at the beginning of her career, can go very far.
Lizzie, the landlord and myself are in communication to ensure all parties are satisfied.

Comment on agent fees
Quite high, but it's London and its 2016. MR deal with high spec properties, so I expect it to be representative of this and the service you get. I was happy to pay them as most serious tenants are.
