I had a terrible experience with this branch. They lost 2 set of keys. Lie about viewings. It took me 5 months to fully stop them to marketing my properties after contract period end.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The fee is high and plus many other fees. I don't mind if they deliver the result. Unfortunately they don't.

I have not used this agent myself as luckily I found out this information before using them. They charge a set fee, so are not interested in getting the best price for your property.
