Whitlock and Heaps have been managing my rentals now for over 15 years, I have also brought and sold with them over the years. They are an excellent family run business that go above and beyond all expectations. They have huge local knowledge, know exactly where to price the rental value, and always pick the right tenants to fit the property, (which isn't always the first people to show interest). Their good judgement has insured that I have never had any tenant issues.
They are very easy to work with, and the personal touch of dealing with people who show passion in their business makes it a very easy and rewarding relationship.
