Comment on agent fees
I thought the charge for the 'card fee' (over ‚£20) was unecessary. An admin fee was already charged (which I understand), but I don't think an addiotional card fee can be justified when this is the only option for payment.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could've been upfront about all this additional items. We were told that they "gave" us the inventory report which was a lie. I requested them for it TWICE specifying that it was for my planning to buy additional material and not to review the sad state of the sofas or any other furniture! They never advised us to go through it. It was a complete shock to me when we moved in, after we signed the contract.
After that, all they said was that nothing can be taken out, since it was in the contract. When space is such a premium, it was ridiculous to have chipped plates, wobbly furniture lying around.
Extremely unhelpful.
