Richard Goodman was extremely professional from the start but was also understanding of our situation and extremely good-humored and patient. Every one of his team went out of their way to help make things go smoothly for us. Having not moved house in over 40 years, it could have been a nightmare but everyone at Goodman & Lilley was so friendly it was a pleasure to deal with them.
