I cant comment on the other reviews but we have let two properties off them over the last 3 years and have had a very positive experience.
Yes there are occasional glitches in the properties but the guys in the office always address them as quickly as they can.
We have never had any significant issues with them and in a few years time when we hopefully
buy a property of our own and if we ever need to let it out I know who we will be calling.

n unfortunate amount of inaccuracies in the response from someone I would have thought might be better informed.
Firstly, I contacted the agency to express my interest prior to the bank holiday, correct, but it was almost a week prior, on the Monday, which you failed to mention.
