I recently chose to sell my property through Thomas Morris. The service their Sawtry team had offered us as potential buyers had impressed us greatly.
I must say St.Ives also lived up to their Sawtry colleagues high standards.
They were quick and efficient. Generated a lot of interest in our property in a short space of time and a buyer was found in a week! They also advised us not to take offers as the interest was high so we sold at asking price (Shard Ownership so cannot accept offers in excess of professional valuation).
The service did not end there. Chloe has assisted us throughout our own purchase with another agent.
I have been thoroughly amazed by the high standard of service and recommended them to a neighbour who was getting frustrated with another agent. I have since noticed the TM for sale sign go up in her garden at the weekend.
Really can not praise the Thomas Morris team enough.
