Utterly shambolic service provided.
Applications are painful at the best of times, but the service provided by all members of staff concerned was dismal.
Toby did not forward information requested by the lender, to the lender. Toby did not reply to messages.
Toby (i understand was fired (should have been)). Gareth Pontin took over the case. Gareth palmed this onto Sian Kennett, who NEVER returned my calls and dodged them when i pursued.
All call operators stalled putting me through to the correct people (contradicted themselves on numerous occasions).
The lender Platform who i was put in touch with were equally as disappointing. Incredibly unprofessional surveyor who didn't know what he was talking about. Valued my property at 30-40k under the valuation done by Fox and Sons.
Overall, every aspect of this process was BAD.
The only reason i used f+s was because i paid for the life time membership - money i wish i had never spent.
