You have to set your expectations low when dealing with estate agents, but CSJ take it to new depths. I'm talking 1000ft below sea-level low. Unprofessional and rude. They don't reply to emails, they don't call you back, they lose important documents and they have a complete lack of attention to detail (but hey who cares about detail, you're only buying or selling your house, the details don't matter). And don't think things would be any different if you deal with the bossman 'Chris', he's the worst of the lot.

I am familiar with the postcode and this must relate to a new development of 11 apartments which we successfully sold (most of plan).

As far as we were concerned the developer and all purchasers were very happy.

i can only assume this review is left by a particular buyer who the developer decided to pull the contracts from and they disgruntled.

I have not had any complaint referring to this development and i do not recall any communications with reports of issues

i would ask that you take the time to contact me and discuss this further as we do take customer service seriously and if there is a genuine issue we can add this to future training to ensure it does not happen again
