Thomas Morris staff, specifically Danielle, Chloe & Jemma ( St Ives branch ) have been brilliant.
I have recently purchased a property ( first time buyer ) that was being sold by Thomas Morris. They always say that buying and selling properties is a very stressful time and I completely concur with this statement. There were a few hair raising moment's during our process, but thankfully Danielle, Chloe & Jemma made my process just that little bit easier; nothing was too much trouble, they were professional, friendly and above all else honest. They are honestly a credit to the company. There's a phrase commonly used as going above and beyond this I feel sums Thomas Morris up due to the above mentioned committed ladies within the branch; they reassured me when I felt things weren't going to plan, every query I had they chased up for me and came back to me straight away, I was constantly kept in the loop, which in my opinion is one of the most important processes of buying a property.
Because of their professionalism and kindness I know that when I come to sell my property in years to come I will without doubt be using Thomas Morris. As previously mentioned, they are a credit to the company and should be recognised for this. I am now looking forward to moving into my new home shortly.
