When opening the Stuart Edwards page you shall read call us last, we won't beaten on fees.. funnily enough Stuart Edwards found it appropriate to charge us £600 to process our initial forms and 'verify' everything. With this being taken into consideration you'd expect the forms to be cleared moderately fast and for the customer service to be of top priority, funnily enough I couldn't be more wrong.
On several occasions we had to chase up forms and information that was not sent to us on time, they then told us they had sent it but had mistyped two of our email addresses but still had the audacity to make us feel like we were in the wrong.
I am not usually harsh but as a first time tenant I don't think it is too much to ask for the letting agents to be supportive and at least pretend like they care that you're going through a new and stressful experience rather than taking our money and disappearing. Every time I sent a query since my last monthly payment I have been ignored and it would take no more than 30 seconds to reassure or redirect my query to the appropriate person rather than pretending I don't exist.
If you are a young person, a student or a vulnerable person I would not recommend this estate agents, go to someone who actually cares about your wellbeing rather than just hitting targets and making money.
