I contacted 2 agents for a valuation of my Romford house in Balgores and Haart. Haart estimated my property to be worth around ‚£265,000 to be marketed at around ‚£280,000 and gave me local sold property details to support their view. However Kish viewed my property and believed it would sell for around ‚£300,000 OR POSSIBLY MORE saying it had been decorated to such a high standard compared to other properties on the market at that time. I myself having previously worked for an estate agents believed it to be worth around ‚£290,000. It was Kish's immense confidence and enthusiasm that made me decide to choose Balgores and I had every confidence that he would get me the best price he possibly could and that's exactly what a vendor wants and needs!
Within 4 Saturdays only for viewings - some 2nd viewings - I received several offers. At one point Kish's then Manager spoke with me and told me that an offer of ‚£285,000 was a a good offer and urged me to accept. However Kish still believed he could get me a better deal and did! Someone offered ‚£90,000 but he told them other people were already putting offers forward and so the final buyer went straight in at the full asking price and I agreed! The following day I had a further offer of ‚£5,000 OVER THE ASKING PRICE but I decided to proceed with the buyer who offered me the ‚£300,000!
Kish done me AND Balgores proud and no matter if I called on his days off or late I the evening he would take my call - he worked very hard and his enthusiasm never waivered and he remained polite and professional throughout - he is an ASSET to Balgores and deserves to go far.
I have been meaning to write a review earlier but have been looking after my elderly father in West Suffolk - I had bought a new property up here but have decided to sell it now as I'm spending so much time staying with my father and only hope I find an Agent as good as Kish!
Left to Heart I would have had a quick sale no doubt but received around ‚£35,000 or more less in my pocket - disgusting!
Thank you Balgores for Kish and if I end up down that way again I will definitely be calling upon your services again!
