From the very beginning letting from Peter Morgan was a nightmare. They are a very unprofessional company, the contract was not ready for us, the communications were dreadful - the Lettings team never answered the phone or replied to emails and when we did manage to speak to someone by going through the sales team they had a dreadful attitude and were often plain rude. Eventually we had to just go straight to the landlord with any issues despite it being a fully managed property, which went against us as it meant issues with the property weren't on record. The emergency contact number they provided was also not answered when we had to use it. Visits to check the property happened randomly without any prior notice, something I believe is in fact illegal. One month we were accused of not having paid rent because the staff couldn't see the transaction, which had been made before due as it was every month.
The worst letting agents I have ever had the misfortune of coming into contact with, avoid at all costs.
