Disorganised. Lack of communication and knowledge of properties.They take ages to get things done. Not professional at all. It took them 4 months (we paid the agency fees right from the start), just a few days before we have to move in to get the contract.

They certainly do not deserve to have that amount of agent's fees for their competencies.
