If you want piece of mind, this is the agent for you! They are proactive in informing me about issues, by email, so things can be resolved quickly and with the minimum of disruption for all concerned. They have contacts with great, but not overly expensive suppliers of all the various services and supplies required and have great processes to ensure that problems are sorted asap. They have found me great tenants who really care for the property and who I want to keep happy.
