I wouldn't recommend Ross and Liddell as a letting agency, Arrogant people who speak to tenants like they are something they have just stepped on, I received no notice of any visit scheduled then two big men turn up hammering on my front door for a good 10 minutes whilst I a single mother who suffers bad anxiety and home alone with my two year old daughter I then receive a letter stating the letting agency has made several attempts to make contact ( when I only received the unexpected visit two days prior) and asked to phone the office I do so straight away and ask to speak to the person who wrote the letter to be put on hold then told that it's just to make an appointment for work to be carried out, I put it quite bluntly that I do not appreciate two burly men just turning up to my home when I suffer really bad anxiety when I have had no notice of any visit to then be asked so you didn't answer the door I replied of course not! Not when they are absolutely hammering on the door aggressively and I don't have a clue who they are! The reply I got was "Well here is your notice there is an Appointment scheduled for next week" Bunch of absolute idiots who clearly don't stick by the rules of informing people when they are supposed to! Avoid at all costs!
