Rude beyond belief. Hazardous property - senior staff clearly not interested, don't reply to emails, sound bored rigid if you do manage to speak to them, talk to me as though I'm something they've scraped off the bottom of their shoe. Appalling attitude - I pay £900 a month for the house and there are a stack of safety issues, back door doesn't lock,fire doors don't self close, 2nd floor window doesn't always close, no lights on stairwells, locks faulty on bathrooms.

Avoid Fulfords lettings at all costs! They are very underhand, charge fees over the odds, sign you up to dodgy electric / gas suppliers so you get overcharged and they get a cut (see link) http://www.notsobrightenergy.org/
