My initial letting of the property was dealt with by James who was very professional but also personable. He showed the property well allowing for private discussion whilst there and knew the answers to most questions asked, the ones he didn't know were not particularly 'standard' questions but finer detail questions which he was honest about and forwarded the questions on to the landlord for prompt replies.

After the tenancy began, the enquiries were generally dealt with by Steven. He was always quick to reply to any concerns and/or arrange workmen to attend as needed. When the time came and my tenancy was drawing to a close, rather than set huge numbers of viewings, Steven spoke to me about each prospective client and asked for times/dates that suited me to ease the 'fear' factor of strangers in the house, especially given my medical conditions.

All-in-all, James, Steven and the team at Rawlinson Gold made the tenancy both easy to understand and painless for my time in the property. I will definitely consider them when I am looking to buy a property.
Comment on agent fees
Although initially, I thought the costs were rather high, I've now learnt that their rates are fairly competitive, much smaller than agents I've contacted around the locality.
