This company are an absolute disgrace. Motivated by greed and no moral standards whatsoever. Shower broke first time I used it was fixed a month later. Hot water Boiler broke and was fixed a month later. Wasps nest in loft was told by Liza moffett not Cavendish rentals problem . It was their problem as the wasps entered the property through a gap in the roof where tiles were missing. Had to reside in a property with wasps coming in through the light in the bathroom it was like something out of a horror movie. I was stung as a slept and Cavendish rentals refused to accept they were liable to sort this. They admitted they were some 3 weeks later after which time I had been stung on numerous occasions, stepped on wasps resulting in stings to the soles of my feet and even woken up in my sleep to bring stung. They employ Cowboys to fix problems who don't actually fix the issues but provide a temporary fix after which the problems continue to arise. All they care about is profit.the lock on the front door was dodgy from day one they ignored this and left me with a property that would not lock resulting in many sleepless nights as no security. I intend to pursue my complaint against them further. I was given notice to leave the property I rented simply because i demanded a property that was safe and secure. Awful organisation and the staff are the most obnoxious people I have ever met. The two that stand out are Liza moffett who was so rude and also Sue Balmforth who's attitude was an absolute disgrace. This company should not be allowed to rent out properties avoid at all costs . Landlord also motivated by greed has 7 other houses and simply wants the income with no outlay whatsoever

sue balmforth needs to brush up on her customer service, I found her rude at no point was I even greeted,she ignored my questions or gave a one worded reply. Terrible awful money grabbers!
Ended my tenancy 2 months prior to moving gave the exact date I wished to move and Karen took no notice of the date I gave (26th jan 2016) clearly on the phone and told me she would give til the 31st to "clean and sort the property" without telling me there would be a £120 charge.
