He did his best to make sure we will get the property on time as we had to move by the end of March. Very friendly and polite, I did feel that I'm in safe hands as he was always prompt and helpful,
Comment on agent fees
The first email that we received after we moved into the property was very confusing as it was written that we have to apply for council tax and to find suppliers for water, electricity and gas, few weeks after I received another email saying that everything had to be done through right move. I managed to have everything sorted but I feel that I am not the only one that I had this problem.
