Never turned up on viewing when they said they would. Turned up once without letting me know at 9:30 AM on a saturday morning! when i said everyone was still asleep he told me i must not be very bothered about selling my house! they never gave me any calls after viewings to let me know how it went. they put a board up when i specifically asked them not to. They nearly mucked up my sale as they gave the purchaser the wrong information about my situation and how quickly I could exchange. When i complained to Neil about this his reply was
"well you know what you can go and do then"
Would never use and recommend people to steer clear.
