At the initial stages of the selling process there was great care taken to make sure that photographs showed the property to it's full potential. Given a free hand the agent set furniture and fittings appropriately and the resultant pictures were excellent.
Throughout I was constantly kept abreast of possible vendors. When an offer was made they helped negotiate acceptable terms and communication over progress and queries from the buyer were handled quickly and efficiently.
The advertised valuation was quite high compared to that given by other agents but this enabled me to settle at what I considered to be a good price for the property.
