Check under the name "Margarita", maybe you will find 6-7 call records in her name. Oh by the way, I'll give you a call at the first opportunity. You have failed as an agency, maybe you should do your best not to fail while you reply to a comment on a website? You want facts? I can give you the times and dates of every bloody call is placed to your office, how about that? Maybe you will believe that the calls are in fact real then? Am I supposed to chase managers or other staff, when the first person who picks up the call says "We will call you back"? How is that MY responsibility?
You may be not in fact a scam, but you sure try hard to be a proper agency and fail really bad.

At first I would like to stress our doubt that this review is based on real events, however please see our response below.
I'm not even sure if this is a real agency or a scam.
I can assure you that we are a real agency with four successful branches, our year on year growth is a testament to our reality and success.
We called on Monday and said we want to rent this flat, we want to view it. Someone took our name and number and said a Melanie person will call us back the same day. Nothing until the afternoon. We called again. Same again. We waited for two days. Nothing. We called again Wednesday morning. We were told that Melanie will give us a call. We called again in the afternoon. We were told AGAIN than Melanie will give us a call. Finally on Thursday, we've got a call.
Melanie was in the office for the majority of the working day on Monday and returns all of the enquiries she receives within the day. I find it hard to imagine that after leaving 5 messages of which I can find absolutely no record of after thoroughly scrutinising our records that you wouldn't ask to speak to someone else, or raise your concerns with a Manager. There is a Manager in every office and the Company Directors details are available on our website. Also please bear in mind that myself, the Head of Lettings and Edward Kay the Company Director are based in the Mill Hill office so the likelihood of something such as this happening and us not being aware of it are impossible.
We agreed to view Friday evening. Melanie said she will send us an email for confirmation. That didn't happen. Then we called again and wanted to reschedule it for Saturday. We spoke to Melanie directly and she agreed. On Friday, Melanie called and said she can't do Friday evening. We repeated that we AGREED TO RESCHEDULE IT for Saturday, speaking DIRECTLY TO HER on the phone. She blatantly denied it and claimed that she was already booked for Saturday morning anyway. Then we AGAIN agreed to reschedule on the phone and she said she will confirm it with an email. That again, NEVER happened. Then we got a voice message from her saying only please give me a call. We called her and she refused to pick up. Finally after some text messages, she said she gave the flat to someone else. I don't even think this is a REAL agency. The only thing I can compare them to is a SCAM.
The lack of factual information here is what indicates to me that these events didn't actually happen.
1. Whenever an applicant is registered on the system they are automatically sent an email confirming any viewings booked in.
2. Melanie is an experienced member of staff who is more than capable of registering and qualifying applicants, booking them in for viewings, attending those viewings and creating successful tenancies.
3. Melanie does not make the decision of who rents a property, this decision is ultimately the landlords.
4. Im not sure how you can describe us as a scam, as in order to be a scam, we would have had to have scammed you out of something.
They don't care about you, they ignore you, they lie to you, they call you a liar, they leave you without anything.
We very much care about our clients and customers, we do not ignore people, nor do we lie to people.
They offered other flats instead of the one we wanted. Guess what we did? We found the same flat from ANOTHER agency, which sorted out everything in one single day. Take that, SQUIRE.
