Unreliable. Water pouring into flat for months before even temporary roof repair done. Not responding to communication, unable to take calls, not returning calls. Misleading information given regarding surveys - was told a survey for a new roof had been done and they are awaiting report, but in fact over a month later I have been informed the survey has not yet been done.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Seem happy to ignore problems and repairs required, but are very quick to send out their invoices. They charge extra fees for having to deal with problems/repairs; in my opinion, dealing with these problems is part of their job, for which they are already paid.
