I have never moved before and so had no Idea what I had to do, or how the process worked. I was buying through Bradleys not selling but I found them so helpful and friendly that it was to them that I directed my questions and always got a prompt response. I am not sure if they assign certain people to accounts, but all my dealings were with Darbo; and he was very good. He emailed me regularly to keep me in the loop as to what was going on, answered any and all questions I had. I always felt a valuable customer and never felt they were too busy to deal with even my silly problems.

Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman's Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers.
