BEWARE!!!!!!
This company are ripping you off!!!!!
If you pay more than £300 for your Home Report eg £400 + vat they make £100 so if you [ay £500 they make £200 as Allied surveyors onlt charge them a flat fee of £300 + vat.
They also get financial kickback from Your conveyancer.
This is not illegal, rather immoral. they have a duty to disclose what financial rewards they get. Otherwise this is a conflict of interests.
Its a shame for the good staff but their Director Mr Colin Storrie, refuses to communicate and advise of their complaints procedure on this topic. He also sent me an email purporting to be one of his staff members and when I called to speak to the lady was advised she had been off sick for some time.

Having similar issues as above - not reply to e-mails regardig missing payments (we are the landlord). Invoices have become questionable (ie. retrospective billing and missing invoices) since their accounts lady left in July.
But you can complain with the Property Ombudsman, Cailean are listed as being registered with them.
