After looking at a house being sold through Elephant we were immediately impressed with their friendly professionalism. As a result we asked Elephant to assess our property for sale and Matthew visited, spent an hour discussing our needs and provided solid advice on how best to achieve a sale at a price that reflected the property.
After we had improved the property in line with Matthew's advice the whole team visited in order to have first hand knowledge of the property they were selling.
During the open days we were given daily updates on offers and it became apparent that Elephant had been on the money with the valuation and expected offers.
We were guided through the prospective purchasers and chose the one through a combination of offer and proceedability enabled by Elephants clear summary of purchasers circumstances.
Elephant really excelled with the potentially stressful period leading up to exchange and completion handled by Tom and this definitely minimised the stress levels we felt. I cannot over emphasise the value of this. The sheer amount of chasing up of all the solicitors, surveyors and financial institutions was phenomenal and meant the sale (which had some potential issues) went through smoothly, we certainly hadn't expected this level of attention after the offer had been accepted. All through the process we were kept informed and we are extremely grateful to the entire Elephant team for their commitment, professionalism, care and friendliness.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them, the entire team were fantastic and Tom went well beyond what we expected, the whole experience was on a different plane to previous dealings with Estate Agents.
