As a first time seller i was very confused as in what happened etc, Aaron and Amanda was very helpfull in directing us the right direction and helping us complete forms so i would like to say a massive thank you to both Aaron and Amanda they were very supportive and continue to be very helpfull and veing able to complete our sale in half the time that a normal sale would have been done in.

1. Money held in reserve - totally unnecessary as contractors always invoice me direct.
