I have just sold my house in Barking while living abroad. I originally bought my house from Porter Glenny some years earlier and was very happy with their service at that time, so thought I would ask them to sell it also.

I also decided to use them as I saw they had some very good reviews online, way more than other surrounding realtors.

I spoke and dealt with Lisa Burch and I must say, the service was outstanding. She has always kept me informed by phone and email even though I'm in Australia. She also took on the awkward project of legacy tenants of mine that were living in the house at the time and were impossible to get in touch with among other issues, so inherited them and helped me get them moved out for the sale.

I was extremely stressed out, and if it wasn't for her I can't imagine how I would have managed. Lisa is a great real estate agent (realtor). She's unique and caring and I hope she goes far in her career.

I fully hope that Lisa will help me sell my other house when I muster up the energy to sell that one!

Hi Sam. I was sorry to hear that you weren't able to proceed on the property. I have looked into the case for you and discovered that there was a lot of interest in this property and the sellers accepted a number of offers with a view to proceeding with the first applicant that had a survey carried out.
