I would give Chestertons property management 0 stars if I could! They are a terrible agency, only carried maintenance work if it was an emergency! I've had broken things around the flat for years and they couldn't care less!
They have accused us of not cleaning the flat properly at the end of our tenancy, even though the flat was returned to them in the exact same condition as it was given to us!
Our property manager has always been extremely rude, condescending and can't be bothered to speak to us anymore, claiming her job is done as we have now moved out, even though we are yet to receive our deposit back!
AVOID!!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!!

Chestertons were excellent. They gave a sensible valuation in the first instance (other agents were wildly over pricing) and were professional and communicative throughout. They were also invaluable during the final stages of the sale process in helping us to exchange contracts, a process which ...
