Utterly disappointed!! Absolutely useless, lack of professionalism, they try to rip you off! Seller agent doesn't know the property, has big whole on her sock. Their mortgage broker not able to apply correctly /mistype my address and offers was refused by bank, other broker managed very quickly, talking about £350!/
