Comment on agent fees
Reasonable fees for the excellent service provided. This in direct comparison to other Ashton Burkinshaw offices we have experienced where service has been shocking for monies paid.

I have now let three flats through Kelly and here team in Crowborough and would thoroughly recommend them as a landlord. It was very well organised for the tenants too during these social distanced times....

Attention Landlords! Please do not use AB, good, honest, debt free tenants such as my son and his family will not rent from this agent. They are inneficient, expensive and grossly unhelpful. Read the other reviews if you don't believe me....
