I have been thoroughly satisfied, indeed delighted, with all my dealings with the staff at Settle, from beginning to end.
Andrew & Rose were charming and punctual hosts on our viewings initially, and Lisa, who was our main contact later on, was polite and efficient throughout.
In fact, Lisa's attention was outstanding (as was Andrew's when he covered Lisa's annual leave). Queries were handled promptly and conscientiously, and Lisa kept in touch with us regularly, even during periods of relative inactivity, which was reassuring and much appreciated.
My first experience with estate agents for over 30 years, I certainly wasn't expecting it to be such a positive and pleasant one. Overall, I wouldn't recommend moving house, but if you can't avoid it, the staff at Hoppers will do much to improve the experience.

Just about acceptable, though marginally higher than the competition. Better rates are available in more built up areas but we are in a rural setting. We chose personal local service over internet based cheaper conveyancers and we think it paid off.
