Very unprofessional estate agent and shoddy service.
We went for a property which was let through this agent, we have been messed about from day one, we weren't given a move in date & had to chase up the agent in question, she never got back to either way, only on the mention of pulling out did she get back to us with a date....then about three weeks later we were sent some paper work to sign & was told that once we signed it the paper work (tenancy agreement) would be drawn up. This has been going on for over a week now and once again we had to chase up the agent to ask when this was going to get done (it's very frustrating as we have to hand in our notice in our current place but with no tenancy agreement we don't want to as there is nothing to say the new landlord won't pull out) on finally getting a reply we were told that they were busy & don't do it until the month we move in (not good enough) now considering the hefty fees this agent charges I would except better service, for things to be done to a reasonable timescale & for them to contact us, not for us to have to do their job for them and constantly chase them up.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Very bad considering we spent half our time chasing them up and doing their job for them.

Truly awful customer service. 3 phone calls to arrange a viewing for a flat in Exeter. Each time I was promised a call back which never came. Good for you this is happening far to often and still happening now. Stand your ground and ask for your money back you have paid for a service to which you have not got. Take it to the highest level and let the local papers know. ...
