Most unprofessional agent even particularly the letting manager. Now you can understand why the branch is under performing. Moved in the flat and nothing works. Took 15 days to respond to my complaint and it was full of lies. I don't understand why fudging customers? Just be honest and say sorry we screwed up what can we do to remedy this????
