I rented my flat with Aberdein Considine and everything started off well and I was pleased with their service. However things came to a poor end when near the end of the tenancy. I had to get an EICR. Aberdein Considine gave a ballpark figure of £190, but when I got the bill it cost double that. If I had been given a realistic figure from Aberdein Considine in the first place I would have had my own electrician do it. Then when the tenants moved out Aberdein Considine said the flat needed cleaning. I know for a fact the tenants had left it in pristine condition so it just needed a basic clean at best. I told Aberdein Considine that if I was going to do it myself. I never heard anything back from them until I got the £140 cleaning bill plus an extra £8 for changing 3 blown bulbs. All in all, their maintenance dept. has been the worst. My experience with their service was good until they got involved.

Unsure how a few comments have said their cost is good. The cost of their service is very high and hasn't changed since the downturn in Aberdeen. Much higher price than a lot of other management companies in Aberdeen....
