As a purchaser I have two very important comments to make. One is towards Village Estates in general and the other is for Liz Payne.
Serena Parker handled the initial discussion. I made an offer and when the time came to negotiate - I just loved how honest and transparent she was and how clear she made everything sound. This, I believe, is the trademark of Village Estates. Never once in the entire process of purchase did I ever feel unsure or out of loop or anxious. I never felt that something was going on behind my back that I had to be cautious about. All the cards were on the table, always !
After my offer was accepted, Liz Payne stepped in. It was invaluable to have someone of her experience and expertise in the midst of this deal. She played an EXTREMELY crucial role of keeping communication going. She was always there to answer queries, explain in great detail and maintain a healthy dialogue between me, the buyer, my vendors, and solicitors from both sides. She was always on top of things and that gave me assurance of the fairness of the deal. I am greatly thankful to Liz for it.
Eventually, buyers buy, sellers sell, cash exchanges hands, deals are made. But it is a home we are buying and selling. It is not an object, even if it may seem so. And there are many agents who do not simply understand that crucial emotions are involved in this process. That, its not all and only about money. But Village Estates understands it on an honest, fair level.
It has been an extraordinary experience all the way through.
Warmest regards from my side and all the very best !
