Claims to have an over-priced property 'under offer above the asking price' but their website says otherwise and I know someone living in the same block who also doesn't think so. They have this infamous 'willing and able' clause in their contract so you'd be liable for the fee if you pull out due to chain breaking down or for whatever reason. As most agents don't have this clause there's no point whatsoever to use them!
