This is the worst managing agent i have encountered. They have failed to fix a leak in my flat for over a year. The staff have not a clue what they are doing. Incompetence is too kind a description.
Staff seem to leave weekly.
They appear to have grown to a size which is beyond their capabilities.
In short they are a disgrace and embarrassment to the industry.
